Battery Credential Terms 2026

This credential is a revocable license issued solely to the individual whose name appears on the front. It is non-transferable and may not be sold, assigned, or shared. The credential holder must carry valid photo identification and present it upon request.

Admission is subject to compliance with all event rules, security procedures, venue policies, and applicable laws. The Hosts (defined below) reserve the right to revoke this credential, deny entry, or remove any individual at any time, with or without cause, including for unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate conduct, or failure to follow staff instructions. Unauthorized access to restricted areas is prohibited.

By accepting and using this credential, the holder acknowledges and voluntarily assumes all risks incidental to the event, including but not limited to exposure to large crowds, security screenings, weather conditions, physical activity, and other inherent risks.

The holder releases, waives, and agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Bay Area Host Committee, Forty Niners Football Company LLC, and One Elevate Inc. (collectively, the “Hosts”), The Battery, and each of their respective affiliates, partners, sponsors, licensees, designees, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”)  from any and all claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, or expenses arising from or related to attendance at or participation in the event, including personal injury, property damage, or loss, except to the extent caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct.

The holder grants the Hosts the irrevocable right to photograph, record, and otherwise capture the holder’s name, image, likeness, voice, and appearance in any media now known or hereafter devised, and to use such materials for promotional, marketing, advertising, publicity, archival, and commercial purposes worldwide, in perpetuity, without further notice, approval, or compensation. The holder waives any right to inspect or approve such materials and releases the Released Parties from any claims arising out of or related to such use.

This credential remains the property of the Hosts and must be surrendered upon request. Possession of this credential does not guarantee admission. This credential and any disputes arising from its use or the event shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, with venue exclusively in San Francisco County, California. If any provision of these terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
